We are thrilled to welcome the 19th member company to the Styrian Service Cluster.

M&R Automation GmbH is a leading company in the industrial automation sector and offers its customers innovative solutions in the area of installation, measurement and testing technologies. Since 1989, the team has been developing solutions tailor-made to the individual customer for the automobile, electronics and consumer industries, as well as for the medical technology sector.

In 2015, the Customer Service Center (CSC) at M&R Automation was launched under the management of Klaus Saria. The division, which now counts 14 members of staff, serves as the central point of contact for any questions and assistance of any kind. Joining the Styrian Service Cluster was the next logical step for Klaus Saria: “The cluster offers an excellent platform for sharing best practices. We can benefit from the experiences of our fellow members as well as making our own contribution to further development. We also hope to gain input that will help us to boost the quality of our services, as well as insights on how we can improve our service products, both for our own benefit and also that of our customers.”

We are delighted to welcome the family business headquartered in Feldkirchen bei Graz, Austria, as a new partner of the Styrian Service Cluster.

Saubermacher Dienstleistungs AG (SDAG) is one of the most successful and innovative companies in Austrian waste management. The environmental pioneer was founded in 1979 in Gnas, Austria, and today supports approximately 1,600 municipalities and over 40,000 companies in the areas of waste collection, recovery and disposal as well as in running recycling, waste processing and disposal systems.

The matter of service accompanies the company in all of its areas of activity and the new app “Daheim” (at home) from SDAG is a reflection of this a service that not only serves as an reminder to dispose of waste but which will also enable municipalities in the future to send its citizens news and information using push technology without delays caused by printing dates and long lead times. The company is attempting to develop a digital municipal newspaper as a service of the future, using innovations solutions like the “Daheim” app.
