AVL Customer Services operates worldwide in the automotive industry and supports more than 5000 test benches for conventional and electric drive types with a team of over 1000 employees. Our customer-oriented support is characterised by a global presence with 50 service locations, whereby 20% of our highly qualified service engineers are directly embedded in the operations of our customers. This close customer proximity is reinforced by an efficient, globally digitalised network for spare parts, repairs, support and technical training.
