ANDRITZ PULP & PAPER Service supports industrial facilities in the pulp and paper industries. There are currently 29 product groups in the PULP & PAPER Service sector that involve almost all of the individual processes in the sometimes highly complex systems.

The focus of our product groups is the ongoing development of new technological and machine modernizations. Developing service concepts and long-term contracts for process optimization, for example, is also extremely important to us. We also offer a wide range of standard services, including specialist service technicians, machine overhauls, spare parts and emergency support. Topping off our service portfolio, the ANDRITZ Service Team assists customers by offering services from day-to-day maintenance to partial or complete takeover of production areas through long-term service partnerships with our customers.

Our comprehensive article range in the areas of automation, control systems, sensors and electrics is consolidated within its own division, which provides our customers with first-class services. What’s more, we also place great emphasis on sharing our know-how of machines on the market, regardless of the manufacturer. Our service personnel develop products to yield improvement and service concepts for third-party machines on a daily basis. This means that PULP & PAPER Service can support production warehouses in the pulp and paper industry around the world – regardless of the system’s manufacturer.
