With around 45 field service technicians and 50 customer service employees, the EVG customer service team currently supports over 6,000 systems for wire processing and mesh production worldwide.
The work of our specially trained team includes the management and organisation of the installation of EVG systems, commissioning, training of customer personnel, system handover and subsequent customer support in all service matters. A special feature of EVG is that, as a rule, one technician can carry out the work, thus enabling fast, qualified and smooth commissioning or service work to be carried out at the customer’s premises. In addition, our customised service agreements create long-term customer loyalty.
