The EVG After – Sales – Team currently administers over 5,000 systems around the world for wire processing and grating production with around 40 field service technicians and 20 customer service employees.
The duties of our specially training team includes managing and organizing the installation of EVG systems, startup, training customer personnel, system handover, as well as providing the customer with subsequent support in any service matters. One particular characteristic of EVG that stands out is that a single technician is usually sufficient to complete the necessary work, ensuring both a fast and seamless startup of the system and any later service work. Furthermore, our customer-specific service agreements establish long-term customer loyalty.
