On October 11, 2017, Styria’s service experts came together for the annual meeting of the Styrian Service Cluster at the FH CAMPUS 02. Representatives from the 20 Cluster members worked together under the banner “Service: centre of attention” to develop different approaches on how to make service more attractive and positive in the future. Important future-orientated topics were defined in workshops and an inspiring keynote speech by Christoph Ehrenhöfer (member of the board of the Styrian Service Cluster). Karin Hofmann provided a creative visualization of the results; she used graphic recording to present the complex topics that had been defined in an effective visual way.
Teambuilding was another of the day’s highlights. All participants were given a turn the spotlight as they filmed their own service film in three separate groups. Creativity, detailed planning and spontaneity were demanded of everyone. Once filming had been completed, the masterpieces were presented in a cinematic setting to all of the participants and a jury consisting of prominent representatives from the worlds of finance, education and culture. An award ceremony including acceptance speeches in the style of the Oscars served as the crowning glory of the event.
