Purpose of the association:
The association, whose activities are not conducted for the sake of profit, aims to promote the transfer of knowledge between the members in the area of customer service and topics relating to service, as well as the exchange of best-practice experiences. Furthermore, new ideas are intended to be collected and developed, and consultation and further training sessions shall be given by both internal (members of the association) and external consultants to the association’s members. This should improve the quality of services provided for the customers of the members and is intended to create a contact and network platform in the process.

The purpose is to present the Styrian Service Cluster as well as to provide information on current events, talks, work groups and reference visits.

The user endeavours to comply with the articles of association of the STYRIAN SERVICE CLUSTER when using the STYRIAN SERVICE CLUSTER’s forum. In the event of a breach of these rules of use, the STYRIAN SERVICE CLUSTER is entitled to modify or delete the contributions in question, and to block the user’s access. The user is obliged to compensate the STYRIAN SERVICE CLUSTER for damages that arise from the breach of duty. The STYRIAN SERVICE CLUSTER is entitled to delete contributions and content if they could contain a breach of law. The STYRIAN SERVICE CLUSTER has the right to be indemnified by the user against claims from third parties that have been asserted due to the user breaching a law.

4. Copyright
Copyright for the contributions made shall remain with the user. Upon making a contribution in the forum, however, the user grants the STYRIAN SERVICE CLUSTER the right to permanently keep the contribution accessible on its website and to make it publicly available. The STYRIAN SERVICE CLUSTER is entitled to move contributions within its website and to link them with other content. The user does not have a right against the STYRIAN SERVICE CLUSTER to delete or correct contributions that they have made. The rights of use of the STYRIAN SERVICE CLUSTER shall remain unaffected even in the event that the user cancels their forum account or terminates their membership of the STYRIAN SERVICE CLUSTER.

5. Exclusion of liability
Claims for damages on behalf of the user are excluded unless otherwise defined hereinafter. The aforementioned exclusion of liability also applies in favour of the legal representatives and vicarious agents of the STYRIAN SERVICE CLUSTER, provided the user has asserted claims against them. Claims for damages that are excluded from the exclusion of liability are those based on injury to life, bodily injury, damage to health, liability for damage that arises due to deliberate or grossly negligent breach of duty on the part of the STYRIAN SERVICE CLUSTER, its legal representatives or vicarious agents.

6. Data protection

The STYRIAN SERVICE CLUSTER is entitled following membership termination, to block the user’s access. The STYRIAN SERVICE CLUSTER is entitled but not obliged following membership termination, to delete content created by the user. Claims on the part of the user to transfer the created content are excluded.

8. Modifying or discontinuing the offer
The STYRIAN SERVICE CLUSTER is entitled to make changes of any kind. The STYRIAN SERVICE CLUSTER is entitled to close the forum giving 2 weeks’ notice. Should the forum be closed, the STYRIAN SERVICE CLUSTER is entitled but not obliged, to delete content created by the users

9. General provisions
If parts or individual formulations within this text do not comply with the current legal situation, or no longer comply or do not comply in full therewith, this shall not affect the other parts of the document in terms of their content and validity. The contractual relations between the STYRIAN SERVICE CLUSTER and the user are subject to Austrian law.
