Their business model is providing customer service in the areas of transport, logistics, coaches, travel and hotels. The Hotel Retter has been named Austria’s best seminar hotel for the 15th time.
The vision of the family-run company group is setting new benchmarks for service, quality and sustainability in the sector and to utilize synergies. “We pay special attention to sustainable customer relationships and providing customer service,” explained Hermann and Ulli Retter, Managing Directors of the Retter group. As a result, the company develops the whole service offering together with the customer.
