“With technical intelligence and human empathy to inspiring IT support” – this was the exciting title of the Best Practice Day organised by our member company PIDAS Österreich GmbH last week. Alexander Stoik and his colleagues introduced us to the world of modern IT support, where customer satisfaction is a top priority. Interesting presentations on topics such as chatbots & AI, the pidas Champions Academy (an academy for in-house employee training) and the NEXT IT support model introduced us to the world of the IT industry. In addition, the specially developed smart IT automaton “cora” was presented, which presented an IT service provider with the new challenge of hardware construction. At the end of this exciting Best Practice Day, networking was not neglected over snacks and drinks and the topics covered were discussed intensively.
