Service @FH CAMPUS 02 – Degree Programme of Information Technologies & Business Informatics

The shift towards service is a huge global trend. The increasing importance of services can mainly be attributed to the greater demand for all-in-one solutions and individualized products, as well as deeper customer orientation on the side of companies. Hybrid service offerings (mix of products and services) strengthen a company’s market position and help them stand out from the global competition.

The field of study Information Technologies & Business Informatics (ITBI) has occupied itself with the systematic development and management of (innovative) digital services since 2006. The ITBI research and development team has been grappling intensively with diverse existing process models and putting them to the test in numerous projects together with partner companies. Based on the findings, the team developed a strategy-orientated process model for optimizing existing and developing new (innovative) digital services. Our aim is to raise awareness on the importance of this topic for the business location Austria and the companies who operate there. Find out more at iwi.campus02.at
